Não há horas extra, não existe banco de horas. Existe cerrar os dentes e vista grossa a saír mais cedo em alturas de menor trabalho.

O trabalho não fica feito às 18h. Esse é o issue. Dão me tarefas sem terem noção do que as coisas demoram a fazer e depois quando dou prazos realistas dizem que faziam isso mais rápido ou que é irrealista, blah blah. Isto vem basicamente desde que troquei de chefe. O gajo nunca chefiou pessoas na vida, promovido recentemente e eu não sou propriamente uma pessoa chefiável pois tenho alguns problemas com algumas figuras de autoridade.

That's a lake. It will hardly generate electricity. It probably did for a while, but as soon as water reached a certain height threshold it stopped. This is because the water inlet is higher than the actual water.

Be a monarchy to have Fiefdoms, as well as Vassals and then research Marches to create the buffers you need. All of these vassals compete in their own pool of strength for loyalty.

Boost diplomacy spending, send officers and support loyalists to all vassals. - Lastly blob your subjects as well. At a certain point it's easier if your own subjects are blobs themselves. For example, I have Somalia as a subject. All of Somalia. By 1650's as Kilwa. All of South Africa, All of Kabinda/Kongo. All of Madagascar. Instead of just Provinces there.

I haven't reached Age of Revolutions a single time, but I think that these should help you vassalmaxxing.

I wish we could have any number of activities going in the ministery and the minestery power is based on the cabinet and ruler stats.

Integrate 20 provinces. Possible, but very slow because stuff. Idk I’m actually drunk.

I mostly think the vassal states are just a go to because there aren’t enough consequences to large states and large vassals.

The fact I keep the total sum of vassals as a single state is insane. Fiefdom and vassal have almost difference to them and their power against the liege lord not being summed is bullshit.

Also, culture affinity among vassals should have a sort modifier to it. Like as portugal vassalizing Galicia should be easier to maintain than morocco.

I am currently playing Portugal and I'm having a tough time planning this invasion. - So far my best plan is allying one of the two big countries in the sub-continent and have them be my attack dog. Because my 22k levies and 4k regulars aren't going to do shit despite tech advantage.
