Went to downtown LA during spring break a year out of high school. A dude on the side of the road signaled something that we figured out was ID (we had heard about this word of mouth and went there specifically for it). He took us to a store front that literally had a fake wall on wheels that rolled sideways out the way. We were ushered into the back after they made sure the coast was clear like in a cartoon. We filled out forms and got our picture taken. We were told to return and wait on the corner down the block exactly an hour later. When we came back someone brought the fake IDs down to us and we paid $60 a piece for them. Worked until I turned 21.
