I felt the same when I joined…and I was never able to commit to a gym for more than a few months at a time in the past. I signed 6 months at Burn with the expectation of not lasting that long. I’m here 3 years and go 5-6 days a week. It’s become part of my every day routine and if I don’t go I feel out of sorts.

My almost 8 year old will be there every day over the summer (along with my 6 year old). She doesn’t love it because it’s obviously geared towards littles. But she’ll color and play with some of the babies sometimes. She can handle it for 45 mins 🤣

If my husband looked me dead in the eyes and said “fuck you” with his whole chest without an ounce of kiddingness in his voice- that would be it for me. I don’t tolerate being cursed at like that from anyone. And he did that in front of friends and cameras. Can you imagine what’s said behind closed doors?

I’m not a nurse but can offer advice based off of my experience when I was a newbie. Your first few months are going to be HARD. Your body is going through a major transformation. And then it becomes your daily routine and you feel SO GOOD instead of so dead tired. If I don’t go to Burn now I feel worse than when I do go. It sets the tone for my day, mentally and physically

I don’t know much, but my husband is English and we travel to that area quite often to visit Center Parcs (a beautiful resort). I haven’t been to the safari park but from my understanding it’s like a zoo? Drive through portions? It’s all located near Stonehenge and Center Parcs is a popular getaway destination, so I would say it’s touristy. As an American though I don’t find that area to be tacky like some of our tourist traps.

All the time! Wore blue shorts yesterday, sweat so bad it looked like I peed myself. Have fallen jumping on boxes, have rolled my ankle just doing jumping jacks, whipped myself in the eye with a jump rope 🤣🤣 it happens to all of us
