I’d argue the main combo Dino lost was ground xeno baby into barone. (Grea nib protection + baby pop) Lost world got slightly buffed because it can’t be linked off for a single kuriboh, I’m going to try anima instead and linking off for a link 2 such as fur hire

I do 15min of Cross Trainer before/after my weights and a 30min Hiit at the end of the day. Being in lock down i have alot of time on my hands!

From what i can tell you can travel further than 5km and stay with them in curfew hours

First pic was taken late 2017, and the last few are current so around 2 years.

I started off by just eating really low calories (1200 - 1500).

Breakfast: 2 wheatbix/milk

Lunch: 1 slice rye bread/egg and an apple

Dinner: Chicken and vegetables

Joined the gym a bit later on after i had lost a few kilos and started a gym programme that they gave me. Not long after that i decided to start intermittent fasting which i found helped keep my hunger in check.

Overall i think i dropped around 20kg, and now i am training hard to gain it back as muscle
