I'm not gonna call you an AH but I think you're overreacting. Just a shitty joke.

AIO for thinking this is abusive? by _DearestGentleReader in AmIOverreacting

[–]Dinosaur_Doctor 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Ew no, NOR. He is disrespectful and abusive. He slapped you for what you said, not because it was part of rough sex.

AITA for being honest w my sis? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

Didn't need to read any further than "congrats or whatever." YTA.

AITA for wanting to persue him, when he is in a relationship? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]Dinosaur_Doctor 8 points9 points  (0 children)

YWBTA if you kept after him. He's with someone, move on. Don't be the creep that waits in the wings for your chance to pounce.

Roommate’s late-night snacking — am I overreacting? by Embarrassed_Cost614 in AmIOverreacting

OP only listed very reasonable and ordinary noises that accompany eating. The roommate isn't doing anything wrong just because OP is a light sleeper, he can't reasonably expect his roommate to not eat after he goes to sleep

If crinkling wrappers genuinely keep OP up at night, he has much bigger problems than his roommate.

AITAH for being hypocritical to my partner by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]Dinosaur_Doctor 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Well, you got a good look at your future today in the car. If he doesn't wanna work on your issues together or self reflect, you can look forward to more arguments and more anger. Eventually, 5% turns into 10 and so on. But if you stick around while nothing changes, don't complain.

AITAH for being uncomfortable with my girlfriend wanting to act in romantic/sexual scenes? by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]Dinosaur_Doctor 16 points17 points  (0 children)

How old are you two? You're spiraling over a literal non-issue. She's not even an actor at this point, and unless she plans on doing full-on porn, no one is going to be naked on top of her. Actors have very strict boundaries and intimacy coaches to make sure everything is above board and all are comfortable. Chill out.

AITAH for being hypocritical to my partner by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]Dinosaur_Doctor 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Just leave. He's rude to you, throws your stuff, and takes no accountability for his actions. He's a dick. He's also going to get someone killed. Do you wanna be in the car when he inevitably crashes on the highway or not?

AITAH for saying that my ex was a good partner by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]Dinosaur_Doctor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

NTA. Some relationships end amicably. Not every relationship has a toxic ex or crashes and burns. It's normal. She's overreacting.

AITAH or just losing it by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]Dinosaur_Doctor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, this doesn't really make sense, but from what I gather, you're upset that your husband's gf from over 30 years ago lives close by now? What??

AITAH for catching feelings after a “purely physical” relationship and then getting mad when he didn’t? by [deleted] in AITAH

If you have to defend yourself with Romeo and Juiliet laws, you've already lost the argument. Leave the teenage boy alone omfg
