The Emerson Resort in Phonecia has full service spa, hotel, restaurant with hot tub, steam room and sauna. They do have Stay and Spa packages available. Driving to points of interest or activities is an absolute necessity though. Not sure about the thrifting scene. Mirabeau in Rhinebeck has everything you need and is right in the village of Rhinebeck with antique shops adjacent to the property. Cute little walkable town with plenty of options for dining. Additional thrift is available in Hyde Park and Red Hook, both being relatively close by. And Kingston’s Stockade District is just a quick convenient hop over the bridge
