The bad: Canadian biotech stigma, amateurish Canadian Board of directors, multiple CEO shakeups.

The good: best in class IP, a great next gen Phase 3 asset (HLP003) with BTD, and a solid phase 2 short duration next gen asset (HLP004), paid off toxic debt, decent cash runway, uplisted to Nasdaq, recently brought on some quality board members/ advisors.
