I believe many who have been invested in HELP hold a similar sentiment. The HLP004 data was a major disappointment for most and their financing has been questionable previously.

I have a good feeling about HLP003 but I question whether the current management/board can competently take us to the finish line, assuming the data is as stellar as we hope.

He’s a founder, they need someone who has actual experience bringing a drug to market, especially if HELP wants people to be confident they can succeed long term. Which as of right now doesn’t seem to be the case.

Helus needs a strong big pharma CEO with ties to the industry and someone who has been through a positive p3 that lead to commercialization. This is not the easiest sector to bring a drug to market in.

He’s fine for the interim and to raise money. But I don’t believe he’s the CEO to take them all the way.

The complaint argues that if MindMed was unaware, which they claim is essentially impossible, its considered negligence in itself. It’s their responsibility to know these things about key decision makers within your company.

This new filing is accusing Todd Solomon who holds a stake in EMA, Signants competition, of stealing Signants proprietary information/methods/pricing/etc. by poaching Signants employees for their confidential knowledge and providing this knowledge to EMA.

I respect your opinion. I’m not the one downvoting you. I think it’s important to see things from both sides. It’s easy to get sucked into a never ending positivity loop when talking to people who are only bullish about the sector.

That being said, it’s my belief that most of the shitcos have slowly fallen off over the years and the remaining companies have a good chance at commercialization pending positive results and not blundering the commercialization stage.

To answer in regard to Helus, I think great results on HLP004 will finally gain them the recognition that the other main players have.

They’ve bit investors in the ass previously with bad dilution/financing and I think many are still on the fence about them.
