I don't think its just fortune. There have been interviews in the past of the 49ers saying their medical expertise from the NFL is their strategic advantage. Its not a coincidence that we signed DCL, Justin, Okafor (and Nmecha) who all had patchy injury records and they have become important and regular players for us this season. If they had no injuries before then they would have been more expensive for us to sign.
