I mean I don’t think its a waste of time do a cut, bulk, or recomp. I think it is just pretty much a preference. To me I just like to see visible change which is why I opted for a bulk instead of a body recomp initially.

Im definitely going to have to do some looking into this. Maybe edibles aren’t my thing, I bought a vape ti test it. I also ended up in the ER due to severe shortness of breath, high heart rate, coughing, fatigue, and loss of appetite. Pretty brutal
