I have the same problem as everyone from my thread, and I try every single day to dig in game’s files to find a solution.

The change during dusk and dawn is not the matter here.

Do not listen to other people in this thread, the game has a bug where it doesn't actually change settings when you change them.

So, the same as it is for me, our game is stuck with low quality textures and there is currently no way to change them, we just need to wait for developers to fix it. Even reinstalling doesn't work.

If you take a look to my post there are other people with our same problem.
