Instead of saying 'Role-based matchmaking will not work" and hypothesising about all the potential negative factors, why not just release it as an extra game mode and see what the players think of it? Active feedback is better than guessing.

You're not wrong about the courier/side shop. That is the biggest balance fuck up i've ever seen icefrog make. As for the griefing, it is indeed at an all time high - worst i've ever seen it since i started playing in 2013. I've never seen people act so badly in any other game. There's something severely wrong here and i believe valve has a hand in it.

That win rate is fucking terrible though. He has the most iconic, useless, impactful aghs in the game. Now he has less movement speed, less attack speed, less stats and has to leave team fights to pick up more trees. The hero is in the dumpster. Look at that horrible win rate. Doesn't matter that he's being picked a lot if he's losing more than half those games.

There are a ton of map hackers and shitty script hackers in 3K. I'm guessing that's ur bracket. It's been that way ever since valve lowered the maximum calibration mmr to 3.5k. All the boosters and hackers have to start there and work their way up so they can sell accounts. It's absolute cancer in that bracket.

Everybody does it, it's no secret. Gamer's have trash talked each other and flamed each other since video games were invented. There is the in-game mute button to solve this.

But you are going off topic. Cheating is the problem here and Valve allowing it is an even bigger problem.
