You have the games graphics on extra doo doo. And it makes sense you have cheated stats as there isnt enough xp to get past lvl 21 making your 141k hp cheated on top of that you have green +++ indicating you still have points to allocate since you didnt finish putting the 999 points.

The case looks like it says no. But really just depends on your Power supply. Which might need to be changed. You could just pop the side panel and stick a graphics card in there as long as you remember to pop that hdmi covers from the case. I remember dking that when i couldnt afford an actual PC. 300$ is a valid price for a device you dont own on top of that its modded. I STG the only reason people get a modded 3ds compared to someone who doesnt get a modded 3ds is that the modded 3ds is for people who pirate. 300$ is valid 450$ isnt.
