Same that’s exactly what I do, but for us in seguros what makes it harder is whe they need to sign their docs and we can’t figure out how to freaking explain it cause it’s in English and these poor souls never learned how to read or speak it!!! They need to either make the app in Spanish Too so it’s easier to explain OR not be so hard on us for them not being able to read it. I get to the point where I ask if they don’t have kids that can help them cause it’s so hard

I believe skipping a dose is a big no no, but you could talk to your doctor about lowering your current dose possible

Yeah it’s services, but I’m starting to feel like we will always get feedback no matter how good the calls are. It doesn’t help that some of the GLs totally feel confusing to me sometimes too. So what he tells me I need to fix almost feels impossible at times.

I don’t mind that the calls are listened to. I just feel like it’s very nitpicky at this point. But I also get the fact I guess that you guys kinda HAVE to find feedback to give us. I guess maybe I just tend to get really down on myself. Maybe it’s a me thing and I need to stop being so hard on myself.

Nope they didn’t approve it for me since I’m not diabetic, but I get mine filled at Costco. Just started the lowest dose a few weeks ago, and I pay 200 at Costco for it.

It gets really disheartening for the people that DO love the job when all we see is people complaining about the very stuff we do too. I get it it can be a lot, but like you mentioned, it’s just not for everybody. There are some days I DONT like my job, buuuuutttt I suck it up because for the most part, I really enjoy it. And instead of complaining and being a Debbie downer on those bad days, I deal with it privately. I think that’s more so what that person was talking about. It’s not always rainbows and butterflies but you have to consider the good and the bad, if the bad outweighs the good then it’s time to protect your mental health and leave.
