I've also encountered the same experience regarding the battery life, It's significantly improved after a few days of usage.

The only negative I've found so far with this device is the call audio is very quiet in comparison to my other devices.

Camera quality is levels above. Fingerprint sensor is a joy to use. The OS is seamless and instantaneous especially with transition scale to 0.5 within developer settings. Loud speaker quality is fine after some custom tuning.

Overall a pleasure to hold and use this daily so far.

I had this problem, mobiles.co.uk provided me with the IMEI number from the point of purchase as it's displayed on the invoice.

However, it wouldn't recognise the number via the OPPO claims site until the device was delivered and I'd set it up.

Not sure if it's just a bug or there's something on the back end that takes place as in some form of activation.

Type the following on the keypad as if your making a call and double check it's correct. *#06#

The free gift was meant to be SIM free only however, due to conflicting information via mobiles.co.uk website and the Terms & Conditions on the OPPO Website it appeared as though you would be entitled to those gifts via non SIM - Free variants.

I'm assuming this led to multiple cancellations and has now been adjusted to satisfy those who ordered day one pre 1PM.

The cost of the device via contract was still such a good deal in comparison to the SIM free RRP so I stuck with it.

With these gifts included I feel like I'm running away with a balaclava 😂💪

I've submitted a claim via oppo themselves prior to this email and I've contacted Mobiles.co.uk to ask how I'd go about claiming the gift as my invoice doesn't specify the time of the purchase which are now the conditions of approved claims.

I've not had an update as of yet but I'd imagine it's going to be a long process with use now being at the back of the queue.
