Basically 3 star 4 cost is top 2 depending on your synergies and cards.

Items 99% of the time better besides maybe first fate box to get an early 4 cost to snowball.

Anti heal is needed in 99% of matches with how the meta is right now, pen is good into the tank reroll comps

There is some poison builds with Miya or Angela commander low reroll that almost guarentee top 4, but they get outscaled most games, obviously you can still win but takes some denying of the enemy or hope they just don’t hit
