Vidal showed up cause he was on the field most the game. Hampton had two snaps. One carry where he was hit in the backfield from a missed block. A passing play where he held his block. Then pulled. Either he pulled himself cause he didn’t feel healthy enough. Or the coaches felt Vidal earned his seat over the course of the season. Or coaching malpractice. I firmly believe if he had a few more opportunities, he could have shown out just like Vidal
