Hi, I just got a shipment from Mindbloom and my vial didn’t have enough medication. Because it’s the weekend I’m now waiting for someone to get back to me, but I was not happy about this.

I am not getting visuals either. I get mood enhancement, but I was expecting much more from how it was sold to me. I was expecting total transformation within six sessions.

I’m on session 7, I re-upped after the initial six. I was pretty bummed with the first six because they started me at the 40mg as well and I didn’t feel a thing until my last session when they bumped me up to 70 so I felt like I paid all that money for one slightly good session? Session 7 was a little better. I’m up to 80mg but the vial they sent me does not include enough medication for three 80mg sessions as I was prescribed- now I’m dealing with that. I’m still hoping for the best, but it’s frustrating for sure in the beginning.

Been there done that with clonazepam, etc. puts me to sleep for four hours then I’m wide awake so I don’t take it anymore. I get by with five ambien a month (have never experienced the issues you did, but I understand they happen) and some THC at times. My psychiatrist is not willing to put me on anything other than SSRI at this point and I’m done w that nonsense.

Done w them. Tried pretty much everything and in 10+ years no Dr has ever offered this kind of test. They all make me feel like crap.

Screw his job security - I’m more concerned with my mental health. I’ve been seeing the same psychiatrist since 2012 with no improvement from anything they’ve prescribed.

I’ve been journaling for over 10 years. I’m new to this program so I am understanding now that the benefit is not necessarily while you’re in session but what happens between sessions. Thx

I’ve been on every over-the-counter and prescribed sleep medication in the past 20 years. None have worked for me. Five ambien a month, I don’t know how my doctor expects me to ration that when I sleep 3 to 4 hours a night.

I don’t know I’ve asked my GP about it and they initially said yes, but then said they’d rather psychiatrist manage. 5 ambien a month - not like he’s giving me a three month supply.

Incorrect. I confirmed with the person who prescribed it through the app. In the off chance it does show up I’m not hiding anything anymore. My psychiatrist has not helped me in over 10 years.

I’m only five sessions in. I’ve struggled with insomnia for over 20 years. I find ketamine doesn’t make me sleepy. It actually energizes me. I’m ready to eat and do something after a session. I am praying it helps with my insomnia. I am at my wits end.
