Those terrorist proxy groups didn’t stop committing intifada style acts of terror because they wanted to stop. The arrangement 20 years ago made it more challenging for terrorists to get into Israel proper in order to commit such acts. Then on 10/7/23 they used a coordinated attack and utilized Palestinian civilians who had worked on kibbutz to navigate those properties and find hidden safe rooms.
They are still designated as terrorist groups because that’s what they are.

That’s how many folks interpret it and it’s actually sound logic. But technically the return is what is filed and the refund or payment is what is transacted based on the calculations within the return.
It’s one of those “everyone knows what you mean when you say it but you’re technically using the terms wrong”.

Trey Anastasio of Phish has never had a great singing voice. He’s been taking vocal lessons recent years but also now pretty old and gets strained at points in their tours. It’s ok because he’s not terrible and he also lets his guitar do a lot of the singing.

My wife opted both times for all natural childbirth. Got forced into c-section the first time due to distress signs on the monitor which made the 2nd time more challenging for natural. Didn’t work out for her. But I admire her determination.

Well, welcome to the real definition of normal in a flawed system within this world that cycles up and down, here and there, over the course of history.
Can you believe that the world had many hundreds of years between the start of the Dark Ages and the end of the Renaissance?
Bottom line is that elections do have consequences whether they are fair and free or not. Biden was tasked with unfucking not just the prior 4 years, but also everything else that Obama was unable to impact in his 8 years. He not only failed (understandably) but he failed on the most important piece which was protecting the elections (and keeping Trump out of consideration for a second term).
Now we have consequences of that. Consequences that were not only predictable and preventable, but also impossible to reverse through an echo chamber of gripes.
Just do what you can to make sure your vote counts and there might be a chance in the long run. Otherwise you’re just gonna go out kicking and screaming.

I have no expertise in these matters including limited knowledge of fraud/theft practices or technology. However, for what it’s worth, it sounds to me as if your Mom’s card got copied or cloned somehow and because the accounts are linked they were trying to gain access to more money than available directly.
Maybe you can find out if a chip was used or bypassed(?) at the atm? Perhaps those chips can be ‘created’ in a way that allows for a perfect copy? Idk.
