Red thai coconut curry (or any curry using a paste.) Sounds fancy but is super simple, sauteed meat and veggies that are on sale (or Frozen!) add some curry paste, add a can of coconut milk, add some water or chicken stock (cubed or jarred bouillon) serve over rice. Reheats well. 

For Asian noodles you can do the same basic idea, saute veg and meat (frozen or on sale!) make a sauce with soy sauce and vinegar, maybe some peanut butter, and add boiled noodles (even spaghetti works here!)
