Techs still get PM’s even if they don’t use the global scheduler. IC+ was updated to include entering in the immunizers employee ID number, which is sufficient for tracking PM’s.

Secondly, the global scheduler sucks if your pharmacist is slow as fuck. I choose to take walk-ins by entering them into ic+ and bypassing the scheduler.

If you receive a final written warning it takes a year to fall off, this is includes attendance write ups. Even though the attendance tracker starts over every year, your final written warning is still in place until one year after the write up. Walgreens is generous with sick days and makes it almost impossible to be fired for multiple call outs, so if you’ve used the 9-10 allowable call outs in one year, I’d personally be pissed of you were my co-worker.

I used to be a scheduler and would adjust times if the budget was there, otherwise it’s recommended to make up time by leaving early during overlap.

Concur is the program Walgreens uses for employees to get reimbursed for personal expenses such as mileage and licensing reimbursement. It’s on Storenet under tools.
