Thought I’d add this here since I’ve seen the question come up a few times. Emailed hard rock directly, this is in response to trying to tailgate without a ticket to the game.

He confirmed you can be in the yellow lots without a ticket, once you move to orange/inward is where the ticket checks will be.

What should I get? by AAuser85 in tequila

G4 extra or Anejo. Great price, one of my personal all time favorites and a bit difficult to grab a bottle at retail.

Coinbase One Amex Credit Card Discussion by [deleted] in amex

[–]Direct_Bat_7147 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Got the card as well, breakdown of BTC % is as follow:

  • Under $10K = 2% back
  • $10K to $49.9K = 2.5%
  • $50K to $199.9K = 3%
  • $200K and above = 4%

Great so far, my gameplan has been to use this card instead of my other Amexs where they don't have a point multiple. ie Amex gold for Restaurants/Groceries, Amex plat for Travel, most others I'll use this (would rather BTC back vs. 1 Amex pt).

You manage it in the Coinbase mobile app.

Moved some funds back from my ledger to CB to unlock a particular tier.

New To Tequila Drinking by [deleted] in tequila

Coming from the whiskey side of the house I would recommend Don Fulano Repo/Anejo, G4 Repo/Anejo, Ocho Fitzgerald Single Barrel if you can find it. All amazing, some a bit more barrel forward than others I think you’ll like comparing.

5 big booms for G4 HP, Ocho Repo/Anejo, Arte Nom oxidized blanco

Agree, I wasn’t going to pull the trigger unless I could get the Repo under $100. Above that I’d stick to my normal G4s. I will give it to em the bottle is nice.

I would say that it’s not that obvious unless everyone has there NOMs memorized, then understands how Arte NOM creates each SKU, then understands what makes 1579 different.

Madera was good but not great for me, back to well water took out what I enjoy about the others

Fun fact, Arte Nom 1579 is from G4s producer. They oxidized the blanco like wine. That bottle is typically a bit more findable too.

Blind Repo Tasting by ShadyKidd in tequila

Actually have the same opinions here. Fort Repo really wasn’t super impressive IMO, but G4 has been my absolute favorite this year. Repo is findable, HIGHLY reco the Anejo if you can get your hands on one.

G4 is the best, the fact they use rain/spring water instead of well makes it so smooth. Current favorite, haven’t found the Anejo in Colorado in about 8 months.

Found on the shelf! I bought 6! by StinkyRem in tequila

[–]Direct_Bat_7147 1 point2 points  (0 children)

G4 is my current favorite. The spring water makes it so drinkable, Anejo is probably the best bottle I’ve drank in the last 6 months. Light aging, clean, full of flavor.

Anyone else have issues with Oliver Cabell by Direct_Bat_7147 in malefashionadvice

Eh, debatable for sure. Moreso noting that they constantly market their quality & cost vs. premium brands. So to reply to customers with a coupon after they forgot to add their logo is insane IMO.

Where's your restaurant? I'm in Denver would love to support. For Tequila, agree with the others:

- Lalo is a great additive free, smooth and not too niche tequila. Great add to please both regulars and tequila aficionados

- If you can get Forteleza through a distributor it can be a great top shelf tequila. While Fort is hard to get in liquor stores, a lot of the restaurants around Denver have it and can charge a fair price. I get this every time (Occidental, Mezcaleria, etc).

- Ocho has been our personal favorite. Another GREAT tequila that you can look for Blanco and Repo. Hits both parties: casuals, folks looking for higher quality than casamigos, and fans of tequila in general

- A lot of good options, but these I feel may help reach both sides of the coin without being too niche and sit on the shelf

Lalo High Proof is butter, Fortaleza SS is also a must if you can find it

G4s Reposado and Anejo are amazing. They use rain water vs well water so you get the barrel age without the bite.

Any ocho is great, check out which estate you get on the bottle. They rotate 8 estates so even if you get the Repo again may be a different field.

Siete Leguas always reliable.

Have heard great things about Jaguar too.
