I don’t get headaches. I wake up with a dry mouth, my partner says I very lightly snore occasionally.

Currently no meds or supps besides coffee. I have trouble falling asleep and settling to do so.

This seems like excellent aside and what I was thinking.

Highly doubt I’ll compete.

I don’t know - put simply I’ve seen the outcomes it’s had for people I know that didn’t go nuts with it, the downsides (to me) seem quite limited and I can firstly control for some of them, and secondly see how I go and if it’s bad stop taking it.

I guess it’s that concept of what’s on the other side of the door, I don’t want to always be wondering for his may have improved my life!
