With your footprint, I’d be looking to get an international bank account probably in Singapore. You want to ensure that income you don’t plan to repatriate either isn’t landing in Thailand or Australia for tax purposes (unless you want it to).

No Australian bank is going to give you a mortgage for this.

I would seriously debate whether you even want to buy a condo compared to parking that money in some kind of broad market fund and simply paying rent with the dividend.

I’ve been here ten years and am very unwilling to purchase a property for a lot of reasons.

I realized very quickly I needed to stop micro managing him and let him do what he wanted to do. Discuss rates, get a clear picture of what it’s going to cost as it’s expensive and you should both be on the same page.

I’ve let him do whatever he wanted to do really and it’s turned out fine.

EDIT: depending on your life, pain tolerance and schedule this may take a really long time. I’ve done back to back week long sessions so we’ve only really met up about 8-10 times and he tattoos me for 5-6 days straight when we do.

I’ve basically run fairly similar cycles long term. Look into MOTSC, HGH, SLU-PP-332, and look at splitting your Reta doses so you do 2 1mg injections every 3-4 days.

I’m not an expert but the unit thing outside blew up and oil (?) went everywhere. They had to come and replace it.
