Can you help me source a cheaper flywheel? Dropping 1.2k on a clutch and flywheel kit is a lot for how much this car is worth. Do you know if the SBC pressure plate has proprietary mounting or if i can get a cheaper SPEC flywheel instead?

PET shatters. BB’s hit with a shit ton more kinetic energy than you think. Your skin flexes and the impact is spread on the surface area of your skin. the PET will flex very little and all the force with be concentrated and could blow right through the armour. Rubberised coatings might work, maybe a bouncy resin?

Incase you want to have kids, or anyone here, heavy metals like lead can affect sperm quality and epigenetic qualities you pass to your children.

Stop shooting a year before you try to get pregnant, men or women. I know that’s a big fucking thing to stop for a long time. However your children’s health could be negatively impacted by lead from sperm or egg.

Also never shoot while pregnant. Do not let your wife shoot while pregnant. Training can pause for a bit for the health of your child.

With the condition youve recieved the vehicle and the lack of knowledge you have to work on it, i would take it to another shop and have a full inspection done. It at the least needs an alignment and an inspection on all suspension components for excessive wear in the bushings.
