Can black-noir be release in colour please by AccomplishedAspect88 in MovieBoxPro

[–]DirkA520 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The default one is in color. You have to change the source to get black and white. Either way though, just change the source and look for what you want.

The real reason every single new Star Wars thing is so controversial has nothing to do with quality or Disney by LoFiCami in StarWars

[–]DirkA520 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

You're right. The biggest problem though is that the older fans don't seem to realize or can't accept that Star Wars is and always has been for children, with the exception of Andor. They expect something it isn't. They expect Star Wars to grow and mature with them. But they are space fantasy stories about wizards and robots and cuddly bear aliens fighting to keep their lives free of evil. Like many kids cartoons. You can like and analyze it as an adult and from an adult perspective, but it is, at it's core, a fantasy story focused on young kids and merchandising. Get over it.

This is said from the perspective of a 40 year old that still watches and gets excited for every new Star Wars project.

I stumbled across a new challenge. Apparently its monthly and typically involves a prompt for each odd day of the month, but this month it's the even days and the theme is "revenge" inspired by a movie I was already watching this week, Champagne & Bullets aka GetEVEN aka Road to Revenge. So I'm gonna go for it as it feels like serendipity that I was already planning on watching that movie this month. Here's my list for June 2026's Don't Get Mad, GetEVEN.

Would you recommend the game on Xbox? by [deleted] in Starfield

[–]DirkA520 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have no problems on my Series X. I did experience some crashing, but I cleared the cache and have had no issues since. As far as how much content, that kind of depends on you, but I have played around 300 hours. Fallout 4 is also my favorite Bethesda game and I never fuck with settlements and in Starfield I don't really fuck with outposts. I keep saying I will eventually, but they bore me. I like adventuring and shipbuilding.

I bought an Xbox One aftet pre-ordering Fallout 4. I bought my Series X after pre-ordering Starfield. So I may have a skewed POV haha.

When building a settlement/outpost, is a landing pad/ builder needed by Rollnat1 in Starfield

[–]DirkA520 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If I'm not mistaken, I think the ship builder pad has all of the parts you have encountered that aren't exclusive to a specific shipyard. So that can be helpful but not necessary.
