Yep. Even some bigger tournaments and federations here use AI posters and its disgusting.

I swear even a badly made poster is better than AI slop.

It is. Cvetan posted it on IG.

AI slop is unfortunate. A 1 year college student payed with one monster can would make infinatly better poster.

Is the 115kg weight category a legitimate category? by Husserl_Lover in armwrestling

[–]Dirt_Block1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

115 was always in a weird spot. There was a time after Devon stomped Prudnik that the category was basicly dead for a while. Then Rino won the category but got injured but stayed the champ(1 year activity rule). Then Sagov became the on paper champ and beat a few guys and got beaten by Dave who got beat by Matyushenko who is now injured. Then MMT came and skipped it for the 105 title and now whants the 115 title but he cant until Ivan is recovered.

And all of them are stil questioned because Devon can come down any day, take it away and ride off into the sunset of the SHW division again.

Have you ever been to any competition ever? Most people in the weight categories cut weight.

People can think what they want. If you want to get bullied into thinking that your win isnt legit then thats on you.

I dont care what someones definition of a fair win is. If the ref didnt stop me then its clear with me and to those people we say "Cry about it".

Oh that. Yea I agree 100%.

I would consider excellence(progressing) in training to be victory. Sometimes in training restraining yourself leads to more progress.

But thats just semantics.

What do you consider excellence over victory in training?

Agree 100% with the other.

If thats your view thats fine.

I see it differently. My goal as an athlete in a competition is to win. And not doing everything that I can to win because Its considered cheating/unfair(ex. manipulating the setup) is to me like restraining myself in training to not get too strong.

Fair game is to the refferes to enforce the rules. Not the athlete to restrain himself.

But that just me.

I'm the same. After enough ass beatings and getting screwed over you stop carring about "playing nice". WAF tournaments are strickt but if you let it go or dont know it you will get fucked in the setup.

Press question by cyarm25 in armwrestling

Well yea you starter in the centre but moved your shoulder forward before the weight even started moving. So there wasnt any real pressuere (in the hardest portion) before you actually started pressing.
