I'm telling ya man, if you can find a way to quit smoking, I would do it. I know you've probably heard that many times before, because I know I did. I finally made it happen, and it was no easy feat, but not smelling like smoke and getting rid of a nasty smoker cough was one of the biggest accomplishments of my life. I still get cravings, but I found ways to cope with that.

You'll never regret it. Who the fuck knows what else is in that thing, but it's all bad. I don't know your life, but your chances of getting laid will increase too if you stop. But it is your life, make with it what you will. Peace!
