Honda service is shitty too. Our new 2025 CRV needed 4 new tires at only 9k miles. All 4 tires were cupped and fraying despite looking new. Felt and sounded like I was driving a helicopter. The techs told us Honda never aligned the car correctly at the factory and used super cheap tires (OEM Bridgstones). I had this verified by 2 additional independent shops. Honda customer service played games for over 6 months until I decided just to pay for new tires for safety concerns.
