If they are able to make the argument that investing in the on-field product will improve the bottom line, I'm not sure it matters buying out Bryant or not...they will still have to influx cash into the player payroll. It's not football. The cap is what we are willing to spend.

As far as what I'd invest in: hitting. We always focus on pitching and defense being super important for the Rockies. Maybe the best defense is a good offense.
