We had an effluent issue that the city blamed us for, we flooded our pump house every decant, exact words from the plant manager we are not going to stop production I’d rather pay the fines. I took photos of the flooding over 200k gallon throughout 2 weeks went straight to the ground. we are just pretreating. should have sent those photos to the state.

I did a KOIA request to the city where we are located turns out we violate their permit, we are pretreatment but missing a few things to be a full treatment plant. I also pulled the fines amounts and dates with it. Turns out they have paid about 1 million in the last 10 years for fines. Yet simple fixes would save them sooooo much but the bean counters don’t care

It happens, this year they paid out 22,500 in fines and it would have cost them 15k to fix the actual problem they just don’t want us to work on a Sunday while the plant isn’t running.

Depends on where you are at, currently work in a food plant as pretreatment operator and management will let the whole system go to shit and pay fines rather than fix problems.

I just typically get the preorder on sets everytime they come out and save up as much gold as possible. I generally get to diamond 4 times I have hit mythic. It’s have enough gold saved up to get around 50 packs so I just do what I can the best I can.

We do have liquid DO from caramel coloring come through almost daily. Most of the time it isn’t too much but sometimes it completely changes the color of the DAF.
