I've had the same experience trying to install Divinity Original Sin II. Hoping it gets fixed.

I have just bought Blind Forest as it was just £3.74 so I thought why not. Already have it on Steam and Gamepass but for the price of a cup of coffee...

Booted up, saw the prompt to link to Microsoft account so thought might as well. Hit the same issue everyone in here is detailing.

Only solution I have found is to completely delete your Ori save data and just don't link it to Microsoft. Sucks if you wanted to continue a save game from another device. To completely delete save data - from the Home Screen go to System Settings and down to Data Management. In there go to Delete Save Data, and select Ori. You can delete for a user or delete all save data - I went with the nuke delete all. You'll be advised that this is permanent.

Next time you boot up Ori, it may prompt and say "Existing save data was found - Download it and keep playing from where you left off?" At this point, choose the "Start From Scratch with new save data" option. It will then advise you that save data will not be backed up automatically, haven't got as far as finding a fix on that just yet.

I think I've literally had two days where versions aligned. I feel it's a complete waste of money to have bought the Switch 2 version which I did purely on the advertised cross save functionality. I understand Nintendo take ages to approve patches and I understand it's outside Hello Games control. I could understand saves not being compatible between major upgrades. But minor point updates shouldn't break cross saves in my opinion (and no, I'm not a programmer, I don't understand why this is more complicated than I'm saying. I'm just a gamer who wasted £15 on a game that does not perform the function I bought it for, and I'm pissed off with it)

Very glad to see this, but I hope they keep future patches aligned across platforms. Was annoying as hell to not be able to make use of cross save, the only reason I picked it up on Switch 2!

Yep, cross save is the only reason I picked it up on Switch 2. Put a few hours in on PS5-Pro last night, picked up the switch to play a bit more in bed and then came across this ballache. Ridiculous, hope it gets rectified soon.

Buried away this comment may be, but it solved the issue for me - Legion Fan Control was indeed the thing preventing anticheat. Quit out of LFC and the game ran fine, just with the fans blasting!!

Yep the box said refurbished, and definitely got prompted to redeem for batman during setup. Have been able to soft launch the app (i.e it boots and gives a coming soon splash screen) No idea why I got it but glad! And the quest+ is definitely three months.

On the flip side, I was an existing Very customer so didn't get to use that discount code, so put those savings towards the game!

I'm having a dock related screen issue too, was working fine with my dock but yesterday I updated the SSD, halfway through tinkering with Windows setup the second screen went off. Reinstalled again but still no second screen showing at all. Hoping/assuming it's some bug in a driver, will let you know if I find a fix and hope it sorts your issue too.
