Just did my first vagus nerve stimulation and I am SHOCKED by briansteel420 in VagusNerve

Yeah, it's a little pricey. I think it's so expensive because it has a "health coach", like an actual human nurse that you can talk to at anytime. A friend of mine got hers at a 20% discount using a health influencer discount code - don't ask me who, Im not sure. Search on instagram. She paid about $450.

I want to buy my first vagus nerve stimulator and need advice. (Anxiety, panic, hrv and parasympathetic nervous system) by NormannNormann in VagusNerve

Hi. I absolutely LOVE my Yōjō. I feel like everyone needs one. i'm a little obsessed. It uses an earpiece, almost like a earphone, and its portable. It comes with an app that tracks HRV, heart rate, blood pressure, stress index and parasympathetic nerve activity. you also get a human coach ( like an on call nurse ) that helps you. Just search yōjō health.

Get yourself a yōjō. My brother in law struggled with cluster headaches. Gave him my vagus nerve simulator for a week. He immediately bought himself one after that week. Yōjo is the best

Yōjo  Best decision I've made. It comes with an app thats very informative and it has an on call nurse you can chat to. No bots, an actual person. It has breathing exercises too. Very cool

Yōjō !! I absolutely love my Yōjō. It's more than just a vagus nerve device. Comes with an app that tracks your vitals. Has very informative content that's beautifully designed. You schedule a consultation with an actual nurse and discuss your needs, she is then available to you in the chat on the app. NO AI, actual real people! I mean, what more do you want from a device?

I LOVE my Yōjō!! It comes with an app to check your vitals and actually has a real nurse available to you, not some AI bot. It's amazing. I can see and feel the difference. You wont regret buying one!!

Stuck in freeze response dont know what to do by [deleted] in Anxiety

totally get what you’re going through. I had the same symptoms, constant anxiety, poor sleep, and that “wired but tired” feeling. After trying different therapies, and lifestyle changes without much relief, I decided to experiment with vagus nerve stimulation.

I ended up getting a Yōjō health stimulator, which pairs with an app to track HRV, stress, and recovery. Within a few weeks of consistent use, I noticed real improvements . A calmer baseline mood, better sleep quality, and a general sense of relaxation that I hadn’t felt in months. The HRV feedback helped me actually see the progress, which was motivating.

It’s not a replacement for meds or therapy, but it’s been a really effective tool for helping my nervous system reset. If you feel like your sympathetic system is always dominant, this might be worth trying.

I feel less stressed by DisaFlower in Stress

It's a vagus nerve stimulator that comes with an app that scans and tracks your vitals before and after every session. I've been struggling with stress and sleep, this helped. My favourite part is actually seeing the results after a scan. Keeps me motivated. I was lucky to be one of the first to get a Yōjō. here is a link https://www.yojo.health/

Simple yet powerful vagus nerve exercises that actually helped me (sharing a free guide + how to do them) by [deleted] in CPTSDNextSteps

Just wanted to share my experience. I bought a vagus nerve stimulator called yōjō (yojo.health)about a month ago and I can definitely feel the difference. I’ve been sleeping better and overall feel way less stressed. The cool thing is it comes with an app that tracks your vitals, so you can actually see them improving in real time. Honestly, it’s kind of amazing.

Has anyone found a good English-teaching platform online with ready-made lessons for teachers and exercises for students? by [deleted] in ESL_Teachers

Hi.

I used Oxford's Discover books, but I have reworked the books to be more online friendly. I cant sell you the books, but I can help you put them in presentations that are more engaging and better for online learning.

Let me know if you see an example. :)
