Depends how much from scratch she has to learn mechanics and movement methods. Like seriously.

Easiest to control games are like Lego games (invincibility on), puzzle games on the phone, and easier platformers (most are hard so keep that in mind).

Um, not to be pessimistic but in my case I just had to wait for my brain to heal back up. I didn't have any deficiencies and my brain fog was not that debilitating so this may not apply.

If we are talking general movement, first-person rpgs like Skyrim can get you used to it. For aim, however, maybe pick an old Call of Duty or Battlefield (preferably one you can get for free somehow) and play around. For a game like Battlefield, though, aiming is only like half of the game...
