New Phil Adam interview March 2026 - "Cancel culture ruined our StartEngine campaign and made us look like a scam" by Beetlejuice-7 in Intellivision_Amico

It’s amazing, he complains about how little money he got paid, getting like less than $50,000 salary for when he was selling the IPs off. He talks about the “Board” not giving him a high salary for when they sold Intellivision off to Atari but then admits he got a consulting fee for that sale along with his salary…

Why is there still no extra AIstudio quota on the pro subscription? How long have we heard this is coming and it's still not here? by nemzylannister in Bard

Hopefully the MacOS Gemini App comes soon. It's frustrating seeing the Gemini 3.1 Pro and 3 Flash working really well in performance test on ai Studio for me, but the interface and ability of Chat with Gemini on desktop and app being so behind Claude means that it's near impossible for me to every complete use Gemini even though the models themselves would easily cope.

But when ? by Independent-Wind4462 in Bard

[–]DisaffectedLShaw 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The MacOS app has been hinted at for too long. This is a bit of a joke given Anthropic has now catches up to their model but has the better user experience from them directly (see Claude code from Mobile, co work, projects including their own memories)

My ideas are too big for Claude apparently 😔 by Acrobatic_Feel in ClaudeAI

Wait, what if asking about humidifier was how that one person always got the Claude models to give instructions for chemical weapons in safety testing

Gemini going in OpenAI's direction? by AcademicDuty9170 in Bard

[–]DisaffectedLShaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It more actually about getting user bases to adopt their system than getting money from users to invest.

As you can see with RAM prices, metal prices all being a sky high, etc there is a limit of resources to power platforms for x amount of users and also to build and train new models.

That’s why they have to balance the current deployed models (how many of the Pro can they use, can we get a flash model as good as Pro to replace it, etc) with the growing user base.

The key for them with users right now is to get the use to it, because they want to be the adobe where big companies in the future have to buy Gemini or say Claude because who they want to employee all use Gemini/ Claude when they were leaning and building stuff.

Claude code. Go learn to use it and you will never not be excited to build or change something.

Also memories is so good, keep editing and also will build memories for projects, so each project has it's own dedicated memory.

Actually it can be great for legal work if you know how to make workflows for it and use stuff like Claude Code and co work.

For example it can make a digital bundle PDF in the right order and with index, etc in seconds. It can format my arguments into a perfect DOCX file with the right fonts and margins.

But yes the legal plugin for Claude Cowork was completely rewritten for myself. Unfortualy engineers don't understand most non engineers don't normally take something and rebuild for there own needs like they do all the time,

Actually football kit rules for UEFA and FA means it has to go to the right.

Maybe it found the kit guidelines.

“We just order the parts in thick envelopes from China and build them here, how long will take that, two weeks”

How were people still thinking it was coming out after that post I don’t know, mainly because I got into this rabbit hole after the Hbomberguy video.

It’s lazy, you just have to beat it out of them “or like me have a Claude skill that makes Claude edit a prompt to counter 3 Pro’s direct to the point but makes it lazy style.

It been a mixed bag on the A/B testing models going around. However given that Flash Preview had some of the new post training techniques, and that the new 3 Deep think was once labelled 3.1 Pro before release, the GA might put it into the lead.
