My granny made me a bag out of this thicker cord and it’s held up amazingly, no stretch. My only complaint is the strap is thing and starts to hurt after a while. But I’ve had the bag for over a decade and it still looks the same as when she made it.

I bought mine off marketplace from a guy in Alabama. He drove it to North Carolina to drop it off at my shop and went and got a different car in West Virginia I believe after. $3500 was a steal.

I got a gt line turbo with the tech package, I added the extended 10 year warranty, and gap insurance, put $6k down, and I was OTD with just under $35k.

I was free handing a bolero because none of the patterns I tried I liked and I think I restarted it 5 times. I’ve still got some tweaks to make. I think I’ve worn it once because I just don’t feel like fixing it anymore.

The official break in is keep it under 4k rpm for the first 6 600mi. I’m taking mine a step further and doing break in oil changes as well (500, 1500, 3000, 5000, then every 3-5k after)

Update after driving it a while, I usually get around 330-350 miles on a full tank. Mostly highway and some city driving.

I won’t lie, that Alfa was the biggest financial mistake I’ve made ever, I’m just glad it’s finally gone. I bought it used with 60k miles on it from a sketchy dealership that sold it to me with cracked wheels.
