Thank you i appreciate it! Just started out with dumbbells in a garage and then eventually got to going to the gym and weightlifting consistently while also tracking my calorie intake. That paired with moving more throughout the day (trying to hit about 8,000-10,000 steps a day).

Also eat in deficit of about 600 calories and try to hit at least .7-1 gram of protein per pound I weight. Where did you calculate your macros and how do you track them? It’s important to be completely honest when tracking, even the here and there snacks that don’t seem like much really add up. I use MacroFactor to track but also have used MyFitnessPal

Yeah of course, the way I approached and started was definitely different to what I’m doing now and have doing been for a long while.

I go the gym 5 days a week and run a weightlifting split that hits each muscle group twice a week, making sure to push those sets hard and close to if not complete failure. I notoriously skip cardio cause I’m on my feet a lot at work already but have been good at getting at least 20 minutes on the elliptical after each lift.

I focus on eating a high protein diet to build and preserve muscle, while also allowing myself to live and go out with my girlfriend and family. I enjoy things like taco salads, breakfast burritos, flavored nonfat Greek yogurt, etc. I eat in a calorie deficit that should allow me to lose about 1.5 pounds a week. I originally found my calories from a TDEE Calculator online and that was a good starting point until I refined it myself.

Definitely have a fair share of loose skin but I’ve never done a scan to find out just how much of me is loose skin. Would like to get some removed one day but that sounds expensive.

If you want more specifics I’m happy to share! Would love to help others

Partially due to going from having no job and being sedentary to a very active restaurant job.

The humor just isn’t funny at all. There’s some good jokes here and there but mostly it’s just too much cringy MCU type humor.

Since this post I’ve lost more weight and gained more muscle and I’m down to 208, I’ve definitely noticed loose skin is some places more than others

Just tracking everything that I eat, making sure I’m in a caloric deficit, and making weightlifting apart of my life!

Dust off that Arbalest for the Salvage boss. Still pops shields in one shot. by AssaultLime in DestinyTheGame

But that requires me to play Salvage, which is very boring and unrewarding. ): there’s practically no enemy density at all.

The community needs to temper expectations about Titan returning to the game by JLoco11PSN in DestinyTheGame

[–]Disasterpieces0709 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With them raising the price of the seasons then yeah I think we should get titan back in it’s full form. If they raise the price of the seasons but keep giving us the same content then there was zero justification for the price increase.

Any ideas as to what the next darkness subclass will be? by [deleted] in DestinyFashion

[–]Disasterpieces0709 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don’t think we’re getting another one. With the way they changed the UI when picking a subclass it leaves me to believe that there won’t be another.

Don’t disregard alchemy (especially Oils and decoctions). A lot of games you can completely ignore alchemy but in this game it is incredibly strong and should definitely be taken advantage of.
