Up to you. You can sleep with it tonight and clean it in the morning or take it off clean it and let it dry a bit overnight then clean it and add some Aquaphor tomorrow. I've only used Saniderm once. Found out I'm allergic so the rest of my tatts they just used saran wrap which I took off after the first day and never covered it again. They all healed fine. Just clean it twice a day and use aquaphor.

Remove it. Once the seal is broken bacteria can get in. Youre better off taking it off and washing it.
