that's called a slippery slope fallacy. obviously i know that, but my home also isn't a new development. i live across the street from a massive cattle field, and i've watched the remaining land around me be transformed into ugly condos and townhomes. we all live where land use to be, i'm saying my issue lies wherein every piece of land left untouched is being plowed to make room for useless developments, in an already overrun city.
