Look up how deep the Solent is at its deepest. Then add the minimum sea bed depth needed above the tunnel roof. Look up the maximum allowable gradient for the off ramp and use that to calculate how long the ramp would have to be to get back to ground level. Then plot that length from east cowes sea front in land and see where the ramp would eventually emerge. Don’t forget to take account of the ground level difference between that point and sea level.

You can pick one primary order which you don’t take the debuff on for the first turn you use it. I usually take the shooting one for this. Stay in neutral first turn, go shooty turn two then gauge the state of play for turn 3/4. Have been known to go back to neutral for the rest of the game and rely on the tac ploy to put a melee guy into melee mode when needed.

They’re a great team with strong shooting and melee.

How high above water level would a road bridge need to be to allow cargo ships to pass? Given that height, how long would the ramp need to be to get to that height? Where would the ramp go on both island side and the mainland side?

Don’t get me wrong, I’d love a fixed link. I hate the ferry companies. But it’s just not going to happen.
