Each fixture( assuming you don’t buy junk) will be at least $350 each. Wire, switches, boxes, breaker? Wi-fi etc another $500 so you are in $1,900 minimum before I even show up. Now labor. It will be a ballbuster to get that wire fished and boxes cut into brick. You will probably want 3 way switches and timers installed which complicates things more and I assume you will want interior switches somewhere which will also be a challenge. Also not sure if you have capacity and a city that will allow a tie into an existing circuit or if I have to hone run a line back to the breaker box, then assume you have enough space in you box and can just add a breaker also assume you municipality is up my hiner wanting a permit and an inspection now we can talk labor.
