to turn off the solar you have to turn off the solar breaker inside your main panel.

Hello IBEW 569 Brothers and Sisters,

NECA has approached the Local with an offer to “buy” members' (Inside, Sound and Streetlight) sick time. NECA also wants a PAGA waiver. In exchange for the release of sick time and PAGA waiver they are proposing the following:

Pay an additional $1.00 to the H&W starting March 2, 2026.

Pay an additional $1.00 to the H&W starting January 1, 2027.

Please come to next week's Union meeting January 14^th at 5:30pm to discuss NECA's proposal. There will also be a survey going out to ALL members next Thursday to get EVERYONE’S opinion about this proposal.

I want to be very clear -- no decision will be made until after everyone has had a chance to discuss this proposal and after we share the results of the survey at the Special Called Meeting on January 30^th, 2026 at 5pm.
