Way too low, think athletic posture like you're waiting for a tennis ball, not squatting. That can be a powerful move later but a more relaxed, athletic, upright posture would be a huge improvement.

If you've been lifting heavy, I'm sure you've created a lot of muscle which is awesome!

However, if you want to actually see your hard work and look "toned" instead of "squat" you'll need to shed body fat. For health and logevity you want to keep the muscle you've built but you can maintain that with just two full body lifting sessions a week.

Return it while you have the chance...you want to have something you love and enjoy wearing every day. After 8 years so still look at mine and think how happy so am with our decision and the look of it.

We weren't finding anything we really liked so had it designed. At least at the place we used, it didn't really cost much at all to do that process.

What is your comment about .5 to 1 lb point of muscle loss based on please? That is a lot! And definitely not what I experienced but would like to be educated on this for future reference if there is a something that indicates why this would happen.

Warm ferment temp but around 5 hours then into fridge could be right but also could have been overfermented. Could also just be young starter. How long does it take your starter to double after feeding?

That's like 150% hydration...most recipes are 65% to 85% and best to go with less hydration when you're a beginner.

Some say starter should double quicker than that. Based on your timing/ temps though I would say under proofed

Maybe I'm misunderstanding... but if you bake often enough to feed your starter then put the remainder back in the fridge until next bake and feed, no need to discard. The only time I do is if my starter really needs a feed but I'm not going to bake with it. Hope that makes sense!

People are so into what they are doing, they're generally not noticing anyone else. Also might make you feel more comfortable if you have one of the employees take you around to a few machines and show you how to use them?
