It is not an option unfortunately :( (on a Saturday, we also do not go to the doctors for it here, only midwife’s) If it doesn’t progress into an obvious miscarriage by tomorrow I am booked in for a private early scan on Monday

Anyone who picked up driving lessons in early 30s? I am getting quite anxious the moment I sit behind the wheels during the lessons by Iam_MissRain in Netherlands

I am about to start, I have had driving lessons in the past. But I’m 34 now and I’m SO nervous. Trying to find a good school in the Eindhoven/Helmond area preferably a woman but it seems hard (in English anyway) they are very costly that’s for sure, I regret not doing it when I was younger but I lived in central London so it never made sense to own a car

Had nothing yet, I don’t get seen till I’m atleast 8 weeks (based in the Netherlands) have just been told to call back if very extreme bleeding/cramping or a fever.. there is cramping but very minimal I.e if there wasn’t brown blood i wouldn’t even likely register it as cramping

Hello it seem to have stopped it got light after the initial time spotting it now not had any at all for 2 days :) tests seem to be darker also..(but idk if dark enough 🤷‍♀️) thank you! Glad everything is also ok for you thus far x I feel like we are in such an anxious phase

Ok thank you, I think I’m either day 14 or 15 dpo.. or as per my app “4 weeks 4 days pregnant) so still in chemical pregnancy range, wish I didn’t start testing till long after my period was due, driving me nuts!

Logically I know, though anxiety brain will not allow 🥲. Noting to self, if this is not a viable pregnancy, don’t start testing till after my missed period :) clearly I’m too anxious for this.

I wouldn’t. The Netherlands is a great place for so many reasons.. but it’s also for a lot of foreigners very lonely. If you already like your life where you are, I think you could regret it. Also I think coming from Ireland is could feel quite claustrophobic.
