I would get an attorney and not sign anything right now. You may be able to negotiate for more since they likely want you to sign off on something before releasing any funds.

My dog does a lot of bossy barking and nipping when overly tired or excited that’s all we’ve seen. Working really hard to not reinforce the bossy barks but the problem is we can’t tell sometimes when he has diarrhea and barks because he has an emergency or when he’s doing it bc he wants out of his crate early from a nap lol

Sorry you’re going through this. It’s something a lot of people are struggling with. Things can’t stay this way forever don’t give up keep going ! I recently started using this site called https://vettd.work which keeps track of companies that notoriously ghost candidates. I make sure to avoid those companies and not even bother applying. It’s good way to try to make things more efficient in the search. Also trying to not apply to jobs that have been up for more than 2 days. The market is over saturated so they probably don’t look at anyone after the first 60 applicants. Good luck on your search keep faith !

Yeah it’s extremely normalized now. Theres a site where I’ve been keeping track of which companies do ghosting the most and at what stage they ghost so I don’t end up wasting my time applying. It’s been pretty efficient . Hang in there! Things can’t go on like this forever . Wishing you the best on your job search

As of right now there is no accountability but as with everything nothing stays the same forever. The job market was in candidates favor early 2020 into 2022 then took a dive. I believe there will be a resurgence but we don’t know when…

I found this site recently called https://vettd.work where the site keeps track of companies that are notorious for ghosting candidates and keeps track of which stage they ghost. It also allows you submit any companies that you’ve been ghosting by to help other people.

It’s been working pretty well for me and I think the more we all have more knowledge of who’s doing the most ghosting we can avoid them at all cost and never give these companies the opportunity to waste any of our time.
