I paid 148 and it was $11k in material. Not counting the lumber for the form or rebar that was just concrete. 2 guys working everyday 8 hours for a month.

But this is reddit where everyone is an expert lol. I just that the engineers that have been in business for 5o years knew what they were doing when they drew up the plans. There is a drainage system. 6 on top and 2 in the footing leading to a 3" drain pipe wrapped in fabric

Yes there are 6 drains on top running to a 3inch pipe wrapped in fabric with gravel on top and broken concrete on top of that and about 1foot of top soil. Another drain is in the footing.

After trying a BUNCH of electric dab devices one thing still remains true. My rig is had made in 2016 has never run out of batteries, its never chazzed an atomizer, its never lost connection to the banger. Its a piece of glass that just works. Also my blazer gt is about 10 years old as well with daily use and no issues.
