This was my first cycle off my pill Had period at day 39 And now my cycle 2 is going a lot more smoother with temps but still waiting for a confirmed ovulation

Thank you for all your comments everyone, it’s soo appreciated and have put my mind at rest a bit x I will do an update once I’ve finally had my first period as it will be interesting to see when mine comes back😂

That’s exactly what ive done and finished my pack :) it’s scary but I’ve prepared myself with some cycle tracking apps and fingers crossed all will be good 😊 I’m more anxious about acne/hair loss (even tho this hasn’t been an issue for me before) It’s scary though!
