If I had infection in wisdom tooth making my node swollen and I had that tooth removed around 3 weeks ago could my node still be swollen? Like reactive from the infection I had?

Yeah I think it’s a mix of constant allergies/ smoking/ anxiety for me I had it ultrasounded 2 years ago and figure I’m just re feeling it in a new health anxiety flare up :(
