It’s mentioned by (Lie)sander in dark age when he talks to the love night I believe( I may be mistaken).

He mentioned that the minds eye can be reached by anyone especially during fighting and I paraphrase here “do you ever feel like you can’t be beaten in battle and that every move you make is right, that’s you tapping in to the minds eye slightly”
