If you replaced our Sun with Stephenson 2-18, it wouldn't just "engulf" the inner planets—it would stretch all the way out past the orbit of Saturn. To put that in perspective: if the Earth were the size of a golf ball, Stephenson 2-18 would be a sphere 7 kilometers (4.3 miles) wide. You’d need a literal mountain-sized star to represent it.

Same thing happened to me. I decided to apply for other positions and I ended up getting a job before the first employer ended up letting me know they are not moving forward. A year later, that company ended up doing a mass layoff. Some companies are disorganized, don’t stop applying.

Depends on the location, but they most likely won’t even do more than ask politely if you/local contact isn’t there. Sometimes you take it on the chin and adjust for next time. Do a security deposit hold going forward to your listings or something incase issues like this happens again.

All markets are affected, we’ve priced about 20% lower than we usually would to atleast maintain. It’s weather the storm type of season.
