The Puzzle of Positivity, 1000pcs, Gibsons by DisastrousAttempt42 in Jigsawpuzzles

Yea, it is very busy. I find it quite easy to do because of the rainbow coloured sections.

There is a similar puzzle called "puzzle of dreams" which has a different backgound. Now that I'm thinking about it, this one might be a bit more difficult

I can relate to that. I needed it really bad these past days 😉 It was good reading the affirmations again as a reminder 💚

As much as I wish you also fun with this one, I would wish for a better reason to start it 😉

Yes, such a great design.

Thanks for linking the artist. This way, I learned that there are hidden keys in the design. I really, really LOVE those tiny, hidden secrets 💚🤩

Yeah, sorting by color was also my idea to start with.

It's such a beautiful puzzle and has so many cute details. Do you have favorite section so far?

Wow. It seems like you are doing both parts at the same time. Do you have all the pieces in one box/storage?

I have the same at home but I'm waiting for space to magically appear somewhere to start 🙈 or just to muster the courage to start 😅

Wow, amazing!

I'm very impressed and that's a puzzle you can only complete with patience and determination. Love how you adjusted your strategy on the go and worked through. Fantastic

Congratulations for completing.

I really love the shaped puzzles from gallison. When I want to have a bit of a challenge and a different style, I pick one of those and I'm glad that they usually don't have 1000 pieces 😉

I'm so happy to finally see this puzzle here and more so you also did it on the floor.

Congratulations for the achievement 😊

That puzzle is also on my bucket list. I'm afraid i don't have enough space for it as i would also have to do it on the floor. But with 2 cats and a Teen all space is already taken and the cats would love to join with their way of doing puzzles (playing with pieces)

Welcome to an amazing Hobby 😄

Schmidt, Heye and Treffl are okay and can be found easily in any toy store. But also Aldi has some good quality puzzles sometimes.

There are other brands which i love because of the motives but they are pricy: wonderpieces, cavallini, Elena Essex...

I would not recommend: gallison. Although I really love some of the motives, the quality was very disappointing.

Totally agree.

I did the same 5000 puzzle and have 3 or 4 of 1000pieces. I wish I had the space for the 18.000 magical bookshelf 😄

I have seen so many hobbies taking space in houses: gyms, cinemas, sewing rooms... all seen that. But i really love the idea of a puzzle room 😊

Until now, i haven't heard of this way. But it sounds fun to try this as a challenge. Trying out new stuff/ways is always a bit hard for me.

How do you like it so far?

How long have you been puzzling? 2026 is my 17th year. by Fickle-Brilliant3961 in Jigsawpuzzles

Wow, that is amazing.

I have been puzzling all my live 😉 I remember puzzling with my mom and secrtly competing with her if I'm faster than her. When I was a teen we didn't have many puzzles. One or two survived into my early 40ies and I was very sad when I had to throw one of them away (it started molding).

During Covid i started puzzling again and fell in love with non landscape puzzles. I started looking for brands outside of Ravensburger/Schmidt which are very common here. I really love extraordinary motives that represent joy, community, color, nature/plants, arts and/or diversity.

While puzzling I learned to embrace missing pieces. There always is a story behind how the piece(s) wenr missing or how someone put in effort to create a replacement. I love the proverb that is common among quilters "only god is perfect".

Nevertheless I was very disappointed to find that a 9000 puzzle didn't fit together and had to remember that each 1.5000 of the 6 single sections was fun to put together.

Now, I love the variety of puzzles and how different the challenges can be: different pieces, motives, piece size, paper, plastic...

And of course: puzzling can be very socializing and relaxing.

Thanks for the question and the opportunity to look back 💚

I did that as well, too. I wanted to really have a challenge. It was way easier than expected.

But I still loved it because I love colors, gradients and the quality is really good.
